Cincinnati projects
Cincinnati has a lot of older housing stock, including brick homes and rowhouses with high ceilings, tall windows and original woodwork, alongside newer suburban homes. Design work in older homes often means placing a modern scheme inside period architecture, and a render is the clearest way to show a client how the two sit together.
Winter light in the region can be low and gray. We can render a room in that light as well as in bright daylight, which helps clients choose paint colors that work all year.
How a Cincinnati project runs
- You send the plan, the finish schedule, furniture selections and your mood board.
- We confirm the views and send a written quote with dates set around your client meeting.
- You approve grey camera previews before any materials go on.
- We send a textured draft, take your markups and deliver the final renders.
Everything is remote: email, shared folders and calls booked in Eastern time. We have no studio in Cincinnati and don't visit homes; your drawings and selections are what we work from.

Questions
Can you render the same room in winter and summer light?
Yes. Once the room is built, a second lighting version from the same camera is a small addition to the quote.
What time zone do you use for Cincinnati designers?
We book calls in Eastern time.

Pricing depends on the number of rooms and views, how much custom furniture has to be modeled, and how many revision rounds you want. Each project gets its own written quote.
