What a concept render covers
We build the room from your plan and elevations, apply the finishes on your schedule, place the furniture and lighting you selected, and render the views you mark. The goal is accuracy: proportions, colors and pieces as close to what will be installed as a render can get.
Rooms we render
Living and family rooms
Seating layouts, rugs, window treatments and art walls.
Kitchens
Cabinet color and style, counters, backsplash, hardware and lighting.
Bedrooms
Headboards, bedding, lighting and storage.
Baths and powder rooms
Tile, vanity, fixtures and mirrors.
Furniture you selected
Send product names or links. Where a manufacturer offers a 3D model, we use it. Otherwise we model the piece from photos and dimensions, which takes longer and is priced in the quote. Custom pieces need a drawing or a clear sketch with sizes.
Choosing views
One strong view often does more than three average ones. We suggest the angles that show the most of the scheme, usually from a doorway or the main seating position, and you choose. Close-up vignettes of a styled shelf or a vanity are useful for finishes.
Questions
Can you show two options of the same room?
Yes. Once the room is built, a second finish or furniture option from the same camera costs less than a new view.
Do you work from hand sketches?
For layout, a dimensioned sketch is enough. For finishes, we need product names or clear photos.
Have a scheme your client can't picture? Send the plan, the finishes and the furniture you have chosen.
