Charlotte projects
Charlotte has grown quickly, and much design work is in newer homes and townhomes as well as renovations of older houses closer to the center. Newer homes often arrive with builder-grade finishes that a designer is replacing, so renders help a client see how far a new scheme moves the room from what they have now.
For renovation projects, we can render the room both as it is and as designed from the same camera, so the change is easy to judge in a meeting.
How a Charlotte project runs
- You send the plan, the finish schedule, furniture selections and your mood board.
- We confirm the views and send a written quote with dates set around your client meeting.
- You approve grey camera previews before any materials go on.
- We send a textured draft, take your markups and deliver the final renders.
Everything is remote: email, shared folders and calls booked in Eastern time. We have no studio in Charlotte and don't visit homes; your drawings and selections are what we work from.

Questions
Can you show before and after from the same angle?
Yes. Send photos of the room as it is now from the angle you want, and we render the new scheme from the same position.
What time zone do you use for Charlotte designers?
Eastern time for calls, with everything else by email and shared folders.
Ask for a quote
Pricing depends on the number of rooms and views, how much custom furniture has to be modeled, and how many revision rounds you want. Each project gets its own written quote.
